“Greater-love is the idea that there is more to love than what we have been taught or lead to believe. It is about our purpose and the way we fit into the universe, wholly and uniquely. It’s about finding ‘enough’ in ourselves and in community with others. It is possibility, it is meaningful, and it is profound.”

I am a student midwife, full spectrum doula, lactation counselor, and educator who offers inclusive, affirming, trauma-informed, and person-centered support and education to individuals and families across the spectrum of reproductive and family-building experiences. COVID-19/Illness Precautions and Practices

To keep my clients, myself, and our families safe and healthy, I am:

  • fully vaccinated: as of 1/7/24, I have received all of the most recent COVID and flu vaccinations.

  • wearing a KN95 mask in crowded indoor public spaces, in clients’ homes, and at births. I am also limiting my indoor in-person contact with others, especially while on call.

  • conducting all consults via Zoom or FaceTime and providing clients the option to have virtual visits (or reschedule) when they or I experience close contact, show symptoms of any illness, or test positive for COVID.

  • communicating openly with my clients when I am not feeling well, have been exposed, or should I ever test positive for COVID and discuss with them what backup plans are in place if they or I am sick/positive when they go into labor

Clients can expect verbal and written updates to these practices as needed. My main concern will always be the health and safety of my clients, my community, and my family and I will always make decisions from a place of best judgment, evidence, and love. I humbly ask that we continue to care for and protect one another and ourselves. As always, if you have questions or concerns, I am here to listen.
